We handle the design, drawings, selections, purchasing, styling, shipping, receiving and installation for your project.
Full service design is available to clients throughout the Lowcountry or long distance clients who are willing to cover travel expenses.
FULL SERVICE DESIGN INCLUDES:
*Initial phone call to discuss your project. Site meeting / consultation ($350) - we come to your site, discuss all that you want to accomplish and provide you with thorough notes and some inspirational images from our meeting. Your consultation write up provides you with a proposal of our design fees.
* Next is when we discuss packages and sign the contract. We will also come back to measure, take inventory and discuss any further needs or wants.
* The design process begins next. Our designers create floor plans, finish boards, budget, timeline, custom fabrications if needed.
*Bring on the trades! We schedule trades people to come and give quotes and discuss our design plan.
*We have a design presentation meeting to approve all orders, answer any questions and make any revisions.
*Once payments are complete, orders are placed and work is completed.
* Installation day! Our team comes on site and delivers your design, fully installed down to the last detail.
