Brittany Hanlon is the Founder and Principal Designer of HAYES + NASH DESIGN CO., bringing more than 20 years of experience in luxury residential and commercial interior design. Known for her highly personalized, one-on-one approach, Brittany ensures every client receives the focused attention and thoughtful guidance often lost in larger firms.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Business Administration from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Colorado, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Throughout her career, Brittany has cultivated a design philosophy rooted in timeless style, functionality, and authentic connection. She believes every space should feel intentional, comfortable, and deeply reflective of the people who live in it.
Today, Brittany leads the firm's creative vision from its Charleston roots to its growing presence in Charlotte, splitting her time between both cities while collaborating closely with clients and project teams throughout the Southeast. When she's not designing, she finds inspiration in the natural beauty and understated elegance of the Lowcountry—an influence that continues to shape her work and her belief that exceptional design should feel as good as it looks.
Stephanie Gannon is the Co-Founder and Designer of HAYES + NASH DESIGN CO., where she brings a distinctive blend of business insight, project management expertise, and creative intuition to every project. Her approach is grounded in collaboration and care — ensuring each client receives the personalized attention and seamless design experience that define the firm’s boutique philosophy.
With a background in marketing and over a decade of experience as a Global Account Manager in New York City’s financial industry, Stephanie developed a sharp understanding of detail, precision, and communication — skills that now translate effortlessly into her design practice. After transitioning from project management with The Avail Group, her lifelong love of fashion, style, and interiors naturally evolved into a new creative direction.
Today, Stephanie leads design projects from the firm’s Charleston headquarters while supporting its growing presence in the southeast. Her work is characterized by a refined yet approachable sensibility — drawing inspiration from the Lowcountry’s coastal charm and the evolving energy of the modern South.
