A thoughtful, collaborative process designed to keep your project moving forward with clarity and intention.
01 — INQUIRY + DISCOVERY CALL
Begin by completing our New Client Inquiry so we can learn more about your project, goals, timeline and location. If your project appears to be a good fit, we'll schedule a complimentary discovery call to discuss your needs and answer initial questions about working together.
02 — PROJECT CONSULTATION
Next, we'll meet for an in-depth Project Consultation to walk through your space, discuss your priorities and explore the possibilities for your project.
Following the consultation, you'll receive a personalized Consultation Write-Up outlining our recommended scope of work, initial design direction with curated mood board imagery, and a proposal for design fees.
03 — DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once engaged, we begin developing the design through space planning, cabinetry, materials, lighting, plumbing, architectural details and the other elements specific to your project.
04 — SELECTIONS + DOCUMENTATION
We refine the design and document the details needed to communicate the vision to your project team—from fixtures and finishes to cabinetry, lighting, tile and other project-specific selections.
05 — CONSTRUCTION COLLABORATION
Throughout construction, we work alongside your builder, architect and trades to answer design questions, review details and help maintain continuity as the project takes shape.
06 — FINAL DETAILS
As construction nears completion, we review the final design details and help ensure the original vision is carried through.
PROJECT INVESTMENT
COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY
Every new construction and renovation project is unique. Our design fees are tailored to the size, scope and complexity of the project, as well as the level of involvement required.
We work on a flat-fee basis, giving you a clear understanding of our design fees from the outset. Following your Project Consultation, you'll receive a detailed scope of work along with a customized flat-fee proposal based on the needs of your project.
FROM CONSTRUCTION THROUGH COMPLETION
Many of our new construction and renovation clients continue with Full-Service Interior Design, allowing us to carry the vision from architectural details and finishes through furnishings, window treatments, art, accessories and final installation.
